Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer secure shipping across Pakistan with the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–7 business days
Express Delivery: Estimated 1–3 business days (available in selected cities)
Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations, subject to availability

✔ Order Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

✔ Secure Packaging: All fabric orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unused & Uncut Fabric: Eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days, provided it remains in its original condition.
Defective or Damaged Products: Eligible for a replacement or full refund if reported within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong fabric or product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unwashed, and uncut.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any tags or labels.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Customized, stitched, or specially ordered fabrics are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you choose an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched as soon as the returned item has been inspected and approved.
